With an aim to bring transformation in society through value-based education, Apeejay Stya University announces an International two-year teaching fellowship in India . Renowned for being a seat of global learning that offers rich opportunities for innovative teaching-learning, creativity and research across disciplines, Apeejay Stya University continues to explore unique options to make education an interesting and enriching experience.
This fellowship program provides an opportunity to the fellows worldwide to gain experience in teaching in a global and creative environment within an extremely innovative university system. As Apeejay Stya University is committed to a high level of academic freedom, after auditing the classes as per the university norms, the fellows would be provided discretion on pedagogy, evaluation and adapting the in class syllabus according to their own teaching style. The fellows would also be provided access to the student body for research assistants along with a full support on any external grant applications.

The subjects shortlisted for teaching during the fellowship program include, Philosophy, English, History, Psychology, Religion, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Design, Bio Sciences, Management, Mass Communication and interdisciplinary areas involving the above mentioned subjects.
“We will ensure that the fellows travelling down to our country from their respective lands should be given the best treatment. They shall be provided with on-campus or near campus accommodation, along with meals at the campus dining area. A teaching stipend would also be provided which would be approximate to around $1000 per month,” adds Mr. Aditya Berlia.
The applicants for the fellowship program should hold at least a Master’s degree in their fields and preference will be given to the holders of PhDs and those with prior teaching experience. The applicants can send their applications & queries to getinvolved@apeejay.edu
